For families with more than one child

Brothers and sisters pay less

If you have more than one child at Baybos, every child after the first receives a discount on their school fees — automatically, every term.

Applied to each additional child, not just the second.
No form to fill in and nothing to claim — the system applies it when it prepares your bill.
It appears as a clear line on your invoice, so you can always see exactly what you were given.

Children are matched as a family using the phone number or email address we hold for you — so please keep your details up to date at baybos.school/parent-update.

Refer a family

Recommend Baybos — and you both benefit

Most families find us because another family spoke well of us. That word of mouth is the greatest compliment we receive, and we would like to thank you for it properly.

When a family joins Baybos on your recommendation, both of you receive a discount on your fees — you, and the family you introduced.

All they need to do is write your name in the "Were you referred by a Baybos family?" box when they apply.

How to make sure it is applied. The new family should name you on their application. Once their place is confirmed, the discount is applied to both families' fees. If you would like to check, simply ask the school office — they can see it on your record.

When a child needs a helping hand

From time to time a place at Baybos is funded by a sponsor — a family, a church, an organisation, or the school itself — so that a child can continue their education when circumstances have changed.

Sponsored places are recorded openly and treated with complete confidentiality toward the child and family concerned. If your family is going through a difficult season, please speak to the school in confidence rather than withdrawing your child.

If you need more time

Payment arrangements

A discount reduces what you owe. A payment arrangement is different — it gives you more time to pay, without your child's records being closed to you in the meantime.

If your family genuinely needs an arrangement, there is a proper process: you request it through the parent portal, and it is reviewed fairly. The same answer for every family, whoever you know.
